This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting and receiving refunds for HiTook services.

Introduction

This clause explains how to apply for a refund and the corresponding conditions you need to meet.

Eligible for refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions.

  • 1. Your account has no violations.
  • 2. Your payment order was made within 3 days.
  • 3. The quota included in your new subscription plan has not been consumed, including but not limited to storage size, number of albums, and data bandwidth.

Not eligible for refund

Any of the following circumstances will qualify as a non-refundable offer.

  • 1. Your account has violated regulations, including but not limited to:
  • 1.1. You were reported by a user for uploading illegal content.
  • 1.2. You exploited program vulnerabilities to profit.
  • 2. Your order payment time is 3 days in advance.
  • 3. The quota included in your new subscription package has been consumed, including but not limited to storage size, number of albums, data bandwidth, etc.
